It’s good to have goals.

I have decided to try have short term goals for the month of MAY.  Personal and Spiritual goals are important for me and hopefully keep myself in check as the time gets closer to the end of the month.


  • Re-read my Basic ThetaHealing Textbook again.
  • Work on some of the beliefs in the book and see if anything stuck
  • Digging within me on belief work
  • Meet with friend Derek for digging session
  • Learn a new modality (Energy Healing)
  • Aura and Chakra
  • Logging my healing lists


  • Sleep at a normal hour
  • Clean up bedroom closet and removing objects that are not serving me any purpose
